With the Fun Kids Yoga training program, you will learn how to become even better at handling children at such sensitive ages, expand your knowledge and share it with your young students.
Ariadni Oikonomidi will share with you the method of teaching yoga for children, filling them with positive stimuli. Yoga for children is both a game and exercise, but also a life lesson: from the basics, such as how to breathe properly and gain flexibility, as well as being a friend with your body, up to learning how to handle anger, anxiety and difficult situations. Their everyday life is constantly changing and becoming more and more demanding compared with ours when we were children - so become well equipped to help them cope with the challenges!
