The Olympic Weightlifting Training Instructor undertakes the training of healthy adults and/or athletes using the Olympic weightlifting techniques and all their pre-exercises. He teaches and provides guidance during the implementation of these specific techniques in individual sessions or small groups. His role allows for safe training through adequate supervision and customized training design. The theoretical knowledge and practical skills acquired focus solely on the Olympic weight lifting methodology and its implementation in the context of fitness or professional training programs in order to improve physical condition.
