The Kettlebells Training Instructor undertakes the safe training of healthy adults using kettlebells in both individual sessions and group programs, through proper guidance and planning. The theoretical knowledge and the practical skills acquired focus on the methodology of this type of training and its implementation in the context of functional training and physical condition improvement programs.
