The Functional Cross Training Instructor undertakes the training of healthy adults using up to 12 different portable functional training instruments in both individual sessions and group programs. Such an Instructor is able to ensure safe workout guidance and plan circuit, interval and functional training programs. Her theoretical knowledge and technical skills focus on the broader field of functional training, contributing to the holistic improvement of the client's physical fitness.
