Pilates Training
The method invented in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates for proper body positioning, holistic strengthening of all muscle groups, as well as rehabilitation of musculoskeletal problems.
The Pilates method has gained in popularity over the last decade and has become an important asset for every Fitness professional. Become a professional Pilates teacher certified by GRAFTS and EuropeActive at the EREPS EQF Level 4.
Our training program is separated into three individual Applications:
- MatWork
Application of the method on the ground using body weight - Props
Application of the method using portable instruments (Mini ball, Elastic bands, Pilates ring, Foam roller, Fitball, GymStick) - Equipment
Application of the method using fixed apparatuses (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel, Spine Corrector)
MP Pro level 1 - Mat Pilates Instructor
The Mat Pilates Instructor has the fundamental theoretical and practical knowledge as well as the skills required to apply the method using body weight. He/she can guide the clients in a personal or group session at the beginner or intermediate level by applying the basic exercises as well as their variants safely and according to the needs of each individual.

PP Pro level 1 - Props Pilates Instructor
The Props Pilates Instructor extends his/her specialization by acquiring additional teaching skills. He/she is trained to use 6 portable instruments (Gymstick, Pilates ring, Foam roller, Elastic bands, Mini ball, Fitball) in addition to the basic body weight exercises, employing the fundamental principles of the method and its defining elements. The use of portable instruments can increase or decrease the difficulty of an exercise while maximizing the participation of muscle groups.

EP Pro level 1 - Equipment Pilates Instructor
The Equipment Pilates Instructor is trained to use three fixed Pilates instruments (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair) at the beginner and intermediate levels. He/she uses the specialized knowledge and the additional dimension offered by the apparatuses to perform a special set of exercises. These apparatuses were designed by Joseph Pilates to increase the difficulty of exercises in order to further strengthen the body.

MPP Adv level 2 - Mat & Props Pilates Teacher (EREPS EQF level 4)
The Mat & Props Pilates Teacher extends his/her practice and is specialized in applying all the advanced exercises of the method so as to satisfy even the most demanding clients, always following its fundamental principles. The training program focuses on exercises using both the body weight and the portable instruments at an advanced level. It is aimed at professionals who have prior experience with the Mat & Props Pilates basic exercise sets, while the prior completion of the Mat & Props Instructor Pro level 1 courses is recommended.

EP Adv level 2 - Equipment Pilates Teacher
The Equipment Pilates Teacher extends Reformer and Cadillac and acquires an additional exercise set through the fourth fixed instrument of the method, Barrel, further deepening his/her knowledge of the method. It is aimed at professionals who have prior experience with the basic Mat, Props & Equipment exercise sets, while the prior completion of the Mat, Props & Equipment Instructor Pro level 1 courses is recommended.
